Help, I can’t log in/ out
When you log into testbed.singletrackworld.com, or any website for that matter, some small files called cookies are sent to your computer which you store locally – the whole process happens invisibly to the user. They often are time limited and have an expiry time set on them – so that if you don’t log out of a website manually, and invalidate the cookie on your system, you will automatically be logged out of the website once a set period of time has passed (usually around 2 weeks).
If you keep coming to the site within that time you will automatically be logged in since you are already storing the cookie. However, for security reasons it is advisable to log out of your account every time you leave the site.
Occasionally these files can become corrupt or stop working for whatever reason and stop you from logging in or even or logging out.
To fix your problem, you may need to clear your browser’s cookies and then log back into the site.

Remember to delete only testbed.singletrackworld.com cookies our you’ll lose saved passwords for every site you visit!

Reading our eBooks on your Kindle
- Download the Kindle file to your computer and save it somewhere handy.
- Connect your Kindle to your computer using the USB cable supplied. The Kindle will appear as a folder on your computer just like a pen drive.
- Find the downloaded file and copy it to the ‘Documents’ folder on your Kindle.
- Disconnect your Kindle, power it up and your book will be waiting for you alongside any others in your collection.
When you registered your Kindle with Amazon you will have been provided with a unique Kindle email address. It will look something like <yourkindleusername>@kindle.com. Attach the dowloaded file to an email message and send it to your Kindle email address. The book will appear on your Kindle within a few minutes. If you have forgotten your Kindle email address you will find it in your Amazon account area.
Please note that if you use a data connection to download your book using this email method you may be charged a small data transfer fee by Amazon. If your Kindle is connected via WiFi you should not be charged.
How to read our e-books on your iPad or other Tablet.
- Make sure you have a book reading App on your tablet. iBooks is free for iPad users.
- Using your iPad/tablet navigate to this page. Make sure you are logged in to your Premier account.
- Simply click the ‘epub’ button and wait for the file to download to your iPad/tablet.
- Once downloaded a dialog box will appear asking you if you want to view this file in iBooks (or other reader apps you may have installed). Click the reader of your choice and the book will open using that App and be saved in your App’s book library.
